The Internet of the Body (IoB) is the growing web of wearables, implants, sensors, and apps that measure a human being and move that data across a network. The list catalogs where you can consume that human data via app integrations — an API, SDK, webhook, or open export — organized by category, with an open-source-first bias and a live / snapshot cadence tag on each data feed.

It's the natural sensor-layer companion to biology-as-code: this project models what a body does with its inputs; the Internet of the Body is where the real signals would come from. The same ethos applies in both — empty beats fake, provenance is mandatory, and missing data is UNEVALUABLE, not a green light.
